Refund & Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all return and refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect. Customers may be asked to provide photos of the item and packaging as proof.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Fresh fruits and other perishable products cannot be returned after 24 hours from delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been consumed, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
